How to sell?
The easiest way to sell Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency is to visit any of the 90+ Bitcoinmat locations in Slovakia or the Czech Republic. However, if you’d rather not leave the comfort of your home, you can also do so on our online platform. If you haven’t registered with us yet, I recommend checking out the article “How to Register”.
Let's do this in two steps:
1. At the top of the Dashboard, click the green square with the shopping
cart labeled „Buy“ or „Sell.“
2. In the next window, select:
a) The asset you want to sell
b) The market where the transaction will take place
c) An internal or external wallet
d) The amount in EUR or the value of the cryptocurrency
e) The payment method: whether it will be made via Credit, Bank
Transfer, or Cash
f) The order can be executed
i) At the market rate, i.e., at the time the payment is
credited
ii) As a limit order, i.e., if the cryptocurrency drops to a
preset value
After confirming your order, your request will be processed, and you will be notified via an information message and then redirected to Orders. There, you can click on individual orders to open the Order Details. This will provide us with an overview of all entries, when and on what basis the Sell took place.
